A way to give my wife more options.....
As I built my wife a new herb box using cedar fence pickets, I wanted to give her more options and character for the regular standing box.
Then I got carried away
I started building several different sizes and shaped planters. Then I created a real simple way to hang the boxes flush on our fence. Once the little cedar planter boxes were created, I added a fence picket to the standing planter box.
Many pattern options
With the four original sized cedar planter boxes available, and the new hexagon hangers, you can hang them on your fence, planter box, fence picket addition, wood columns, etc. The patterns are up to you! The boxes are easily removed to change out your plants or bring them in before a freeze!
